Bombay Black Wood

It is said to be one of the three great Chinese woods, along with ebony and rosewood. It is a heavy and very hard wood, and was given the name "ironwood" because it was said to be "like an iron sword." Ironwood is a strong wood that is highly resistant to decay and preservation, and is very resistant to rot. When cut, it has a beautiful luster, and the surface is dark brown with a slight golden color, and each piece of wood has a different grain, making it a very tasteful wood.
